Mist Cannon Dust Suppression System

We at Magna Engineers have designed a method and constructed a machine that ejects fine drops of water into the atmosphere to capture and absorb the dust and bring it down to ground. Low energy consumption, ensured by sophisticated design and construction, makes the “Hydromist” Dust Suppression Cannon an extremely convenient machine for use in all areas where dust is produced; it eliminates the costs of hiring personnel for washing yards, during demolition work, at tunnel demolition sites. Dust Suppression therefore ensures a better working environment, but also drastically reduces consumption and wear of equipment at work sites. The guns can be automated – remote controlled by computer to manage treatment areas without need for human intervention.

Model No: HJ DSC-60 is equipped with a high power turbine ventilator and thanks to its three concentric nozzle rings; it can spray a light rain with a throw of approximately 60 meter. Area coverage 10,700 m² approx
